Do I need an account before joining?

Your account allows you to access and manage your membership, billing information, membership status, and cancellation options.
Are all H.E.R. events included?
No. Signature and special experiences are ticketed separately. Members may receive priority access, private pricing, or exclusive access on eligible experiences.
How does member pricing work?
Active members receive access to member-priced tickets on select H.E.R. experiences. Pricing varies by event.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Members can manage and cancel their membership directly through their customer account.
Can non-members still attend events?
Yes. Select H.E.R. experiences remain available to non-members. Members receive additional access and benefits where applicable.
Are retreats included?
No. H.E.R. Away travel and retreat experiences are separately priced. Members receive priority access and may receive additional benefits.
What happens after I join?
You'll receive H.E.R. membership welcome information with instructions for accessing benefits, private experiences, and member programming.
